I was at an open mic when the idea came to me.

What if there were a curated open mic featuring artists whose art I admired and enjoyed? At the time, I was working in the Contemporary Art Center, and went to Mr. Wolf Espresso daily. The artsy atmosphere made a perfect backdrop.
